Step 1: Open your Outlook 2007 E-mail program from the Start menu. |

Step 2: Click on <Tools>. (in the upper toolbar) |

Step 3: Click on <Account Settings>. |

Step 4: Click on <New> in the E-mail tab. |

Step 5: Check the <Manually configure server settings> box
and click <Next>. |

Step 6: Select <Internet E-mail> and click <Next>. |

Step 7: Enter your name and e-mail address.
The account type is POP3.
For both the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers enter <mail.> before the domain for your e-mail.
Type your e-mail address in the user name field. This must include the domain after the @ symbol.
Type your password if you want Outlook to remember it for you.
Click <More Settings>. |

Step 8: Click the Outgoing Server tab.
Check the <My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication> box.
Check the <Log onto incoming mail server before sending mail> circle. |

Step 9: Click the Advanced tab.
The Incoming server port is 995.
The Outgoing server port is 25.
Check the <This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)> and click <OK>. |

Step 11: Click <Finish>. |
